Usually enjoy taco bell but every time I've been to my location my food has been horribly underfilled to points where a crunchwrap has spots of just tortilla.

Nobody wants to use the kiosk . I went in and left. Smh
Literally the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Ordered at 6:55. Food ready at 7:55. 1 hr, and at least 8 other online pickup customers inside while all the food went to drive through. Save yourself the stress and anger and go to a different location. Staff here cannot keep up.
Also, why doesn’t the Taco Bell app funnel orders to a different location once a certain number of orders are in the queue? Manager here said there were 20+ orders in the queue.

Over the past year at least this Taco Bell service wise is absolute trash. I’m convinced there was not a single employee in the building at 4:30pm yesterday 9/25. I got stuck in the drive thru for half an hour after placing a mobile order that was accepted because I was too far in to get out and there were cars in front of me and behind me. I was 15 minutes late to work and still didn’t get food. Short staffed is one thing but AT LEAST turn off mobile ordering and put a sign on the box that you aren’t open.

There is 10 people in the drive-through Line. Three people have pulled out, Not including the 10 that are in the line. There is nobody coming to the call box there’s nobody answering the phone. The doors are locked. I’ve had this problem at this location many times. Don’t waste your time and go to Arby’s

Placed a mobile order that was ready by time we reached the store. Mobile order was an interior pickup, went up to the door and they were locked (mind you it was only 8pm). There were workers sitting at the tables ignoring us trying to open the door to get our food. We get in the drive thru line which is all the way thru the parking lot. Sat in line for literally an entire hour. It was taking them 20 minutes just to take someone’s order. Again, our food was ready at 8, we got to the speaker at 9, sat there for 20 more minutes until she finally asked for our code. We get to the window and this lady tells us she’s the only one working even tho there’s someone right beside her and there were workers sitting in the locked up lobby. All of our food was soggy and cold by time we actually got it and they didn’t even include straws for the drinks.

Employees had the light turned off and said that there where closed at 11pm and the sign says they close at 2am, I places a mobile order prior and was unable to get any compensation or help because the employees refused and said they are unable to make anything, I understand being short staffed is hard but if I’ve already paid for an order it’s not okay to refuse service.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell. First, the staff didn’t even know how to make an item that’s clearly on their own menu. On top of that, they closed three hours earlier than their posted hours, which is extremely frustrating. To make it worse, I had already placed and paid for a mobile order, and they still took my money even though they were closed. No one answered the phone, and there was no way to get my food or a refund on the spot.
If a restaurant can’t stick to their hours or even make the food they advertise, that’s a huge problem. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d recommend avoiding it until they can get their staff and management in order.

The most inconsistent Taco Bell I’ve ever had experience with. Their hours are not consistent and tonight they told me “they’re open but they can’t take orders” I had to laugh and repeat what she told me and it was correct. What a joke!

Food is wrong as often as right, dining room has sticky floors and wiping off tables isn't a common occurrence.

This store can NEVER get an order correct. The employees r RUDE and careless, customers are treated as an inconvenience and doing anything in a timely manner would be way too much to hope for. Unfortunately this is the only taco bell in the area so prepare to travel elsewhere cause this place wouldn't be worth it even if u were 3 sheets.

Do NOT order here, Drive further unless you want to be disappointed and unsatisfied.
Did an online order, they failed to put in any cheese in the crunch wrap that was supposed to have extra cheese. The drink that was a large with no ice was half filled with ice. They missed a taco and one of the drinks, I had to ask them three times for the items that were missing then the soda was still not filled completely. They took a long time to make our order and still messed it up horribly. Grilled items were not grilled. Staff didn't seem to understand what was being said to them at all. Even the cheese for the chips and cheese was hardly filled. The beefy five layer burrito was 90% beans. 0/10 this place was HORRIBLE.
