Excellent food! This place was extremely busy, there was a wait for the food but it was expected and worth the wait! The staff was quite good especially considering the place was absolutely packed to the brim. This isn't fast food so don't expect your food in 5 min, heard a nearby table complain about having to wait a bit for their food, I don't feel like the wait was any longer than a chain steakhouse when they are packed. Just go, spent some time visiting with friends and family and enjoy the awesome food!

Top notch. Visiting area on work travel and was recommended to try. Pretzel was incredibly melt-in-your-mouth soft, cheese curds were delicious. Got a burger with egg and bacon on it - first time I haven't needed ketchup for a burger. Perfect. Service was wonderful and atmosphere was enjoyable. Wish they weren't so far away - I'd make this a regular stop if it was in my hometown.

Stopped in during our travels and I was very glad I did! We had an AMAZING waitress aswell as amazing food. It was a great experience and one day I hope to find my way back! I think they should add more menu ideas and Mabey more toppings but other than that I am very impressed with EVERYTHING! Best homade sauces I’ve had in quite some time aswell!

The Loading Chute was very busy on a Sunday night, so it took a bit to get seated, and the waitresses were clearly hustling the whole time. Despite the crowd, service was friendly and attentive once we were at our table. The food was great—plenty of menu options and nice-sized portions. We also liked that they offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which makes for a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, worth the wait on a busy night!

Waited in line, telling host there were 2 of us, she asked the people behind us and then seated them instead of us, that turned us off and we left very disappointed don’t ask and then overlook us, drove all the way from Lincoln, oh well had a delicious dinner at Chance’s R in York
