They were super easy to work with and were professional. The reason I did only 4 starts was because some of their food items were not what I expected. I had them do my wedding catering and ordered the chicken alfredo, Hillshire sausage, cheesy potatoes, buttered corn, and lettuce salad. I was expecting the chicken alfredo to have noodles with it but it’s just shredded chicken in alfredo sauce (not upset about that since they never said there would be noodles but just wanted to help someone else out so they know what they are getting) and the chicken was a bit dry. I was expecting the cheesy potatoes to be like mashed potatoes with cheese in them but they are actually peeled baby baker potatoes with a cheesy sauce over them and they were delicious! Everything else was what I expected and very good. So I would recommend them but maybe clarify exactly what each item is before you order.

Enjoyed a wonderful catered meal at the Doten Wedding. It was fantastic all around. Fresh fruit, tender meats and hot sides. Yummy
