They were super easy to work with and were professional. The reason I did only 4 starts was because some of their food items were not what I expected. I had them do my wedding catering and ordered the chicken alfredo, Hillshire sausage, cheesy potatoes, buttered corn, and lettuce salad. We had Merkel Catering for our wedding. They always got back to us quickly when we had questions, travelled to the Sioux Falls area, & did a fantastic job! We got so many compliments from our guests on how delicious the food was. We definitely recommend Merkel Catering to anyone looking for fantastic food at a reasonable price!
