Used the app for 2 meals through the drive through. Not sure if they were really busy inside but seemed to take more time than I thought it would to get my food. Food was great except for the crinkle fries. They needed more time in the fryer, leading me to think they were busy inside.

You just pushed a very regular customer to the point of “never coming back”! My greek gyro pita was very cold, not warmed at all, and snapped in half rather than folded over. It also had hardly and meat on it at all. Im done..!

I was in there the ketchup pump was out and it took 10 minutes to get ketchup. Then the group start talk about employee how he is slow and stupid basically. That very uncalled for and there was two supervisor in the talk.

It's so disappointing that Arby's keeps forgetting to include the sauces that go with their menu items - bronco berry, marinara, and the BBQ sauce for the steak bites! Please improve this!

Food is ALWAYS great thanks solely to the wonderful crew and shift managers who give their all to make sure we have a great experience. The reason for the not so good review is because of the store manager and the regional manager who, at one point in time, I trusted. I gave them both my loyalty, my integrity, and my best work ethic... Only to have it violated by the people I thought I could trust the most. SO, For the sake of a review, the food is EXCELLENT. It's excellent because of the following individuals who give 110%, everyday to not only our customers, but to each other. Without these people I wouldnt have lasted as long as I did. So KEITH, AUDREY, WARREN, JESS and LORI.....I salute you!!!! To the crew....Addison, Emily, Lucero, Christina, Marco and many others....I WOULD FOLLOW YOU GUYS ANYWHERE!You are ALL what makes that place look good,taste good and an all around great atmosphere!!!-Jon-

Omg Arby’s made my whole day I’m 26 weeks pregnant and nothing has gone my way I get to Arby’s and order and 100 percent my fault order the wrong food and they still changed it for free and I turn around and my dog got my fries and I vented about it and they gave me new fries thank you Arby’s for making my day a little better

I was going to be uncharged for asking for the sauce that came on my sandwich to be on the side, I have never ever been told that, this is not my normal Arby’s. The fry was not full. No napkins in the bag

Im sad that you’re following the same path as other fast food chains, by serving franken-chicken. My Classic Chicken sandwiches tasted like chewing on a breaded piece of rubber. I was a cook for 23+yrs, and chicken should absolutely not have that texture. I didn’t even finish my food, because I don’t think its really food.

Food is on point. Do not door dash. They NEVER put any sauces in the bag. Their sauces must be made of gold because they refuse to put sauces in the bag unless you beg them.
