I go through the drive through on my lunchbreak to get a SINGLE item, a cherry turnover. not only did they give me the wrong one the first time, she made me wait for a manager to correct their mistake and still gave me AN APPLE TURNOVER THE SECOND DAMN TIME. how INCOMPETENT do you have to be to get a single item right, 2 times?!

We arrived late (9:45 pm) and went through the drive through. All 3 orders were wrong, the fries were cold we didn't get ANY sauces even though we specifically asked for some and no napkins!! Worst experience at an Arby's ever and I've been eating at Arby's for over 45 years!!
Every time I visit this location it's either a long wait, forgotten food, or rude staff. Also to pay almost a dollar per cup of cheese and see the bottom smashed in so they only hold half the amount. On top of that they don't even fill them up when they smash them. Bring it up and get told it is what it is.

I stood at the counter ignored for about 5 min while the employees blasted loud vulgar rap music in the back, it was so loud that it vibrated the walls in the bathroom, there was also a family with children there, having to listen to the loud music with profanity, I’m honestly surprised they didn’t speak up. I walked out food-less and unnoticed. Probably wont come back to this location
