I love Arby's. I always go through the drive thru and they get my order right every single time. The food is hot and delicious. As like everything prices are going up so it's easily over 10 bucks for one person. The staff is super friendly too!!

Customer service goes a long way. Not a single thank you from the rude brunette woman in the window. If you do not like your job, quit. Makes Arbys look bad. Busy, they young lady was overwhelmed. The hotdogs was so small that even my granddaughter at the age of 6, would need at least 2 plus the fries to fill her little belly. The fries good, need to be cooked a tad longer. Milkshake was alright should be thicker. They only use 2 scoops of ice-cream and the rest was milk.

Great place for lunch. A lot of the guys who work at the Chevy Dealership nearby love this place.
I go through the drive through on my lunchbreak to get a SINGLE item, a cherry turnover. not only did they give me the wrong one the first time, she made me wait for a manager to correct their mistake and still gave me AN APPLE TURNOVER THE SECOND DAMN TIME. how INCOMPETENT do you have to be to get a single item right, 2 times?!

We arrived late (9:45 pm) and went through the drive through. All 3 orders were wrong, the fries were cold we didn't get ANY sauces even though we specifically asked for some and no napkins!! Worst experience at an Arby's ever and I've been eating at Arby's for over 45 years!!
Every time I visit this location it's either a long wait, forgotten food, or rude staff. Also to pay almost a dollar per cup of cheese and see the bottom smashed in so they only hold half the amount. On top of that they don't even fill them up when they smash them. Bring it up and get told it is what it is.
