We arrived late (9:45 pm) and went through the drive through. All 3 orders were wrong, the fries were cold we didn't get ANY sauces even though we specifically asked for some and no napkins!! Worst experience at an Arby's ever and I've been eating at Arby's for over 45 years!!

Best chicken sandwich I have ever gotten from a fast food place the kid working the drive thru was awesome no wait not rushed to order repeated order back and it was right way to go guys awesome job I left very happy

The general manager has some weird, irrational hatred for Arnold Palmer. This location is on my way home from work so I've stopped by several times and always order an Arnold Palmer (half tea/half lemonade) for the drink with my meal. However, the last few times I tried to order it in the drive-thru, I've been told that "it's against policy" and when I specified that I meant the fountain lemonade (same price as the tea, unlike the fancy market fresh lemonade)...
