They didn't flip blizzard. My blizzard looked poorly made the core was exposed. The fries were soggy they put my napkins I'm the my BBQ chicken my chicken was slightly rubbery. My dairy queen would never.

my blizzard wasn’t even blended. half of it was just plain vanilla ice cream and so was my boyfriend’s.

Drive thru ordered a chicken salad. Apparently they are out of chicken bc it had none on it. Didn't get the extra dressing even though I was charged for it. Young staff was friendly, but must have poor management

We were told to drive around when we tried to order at the window with an app deal. We were spoken down to and told to drive back through or go inside when I wanted to add to my order.
I did as asked and was met by a very upset manager, who said he would refund my money and told me to leave.
I started crying (bad day). He didn't believe me that his employees said to drive through when we tried to order. Why would I make this up? My food order was at least placed in the box with respect. My friends order was thrown in the box and was cold. Manager comped my second order and said he was having a bad day. I am a very good customer never had trouble with anyone or anything before this. His employees lied about what happened and was upset because they had to add an order. I would never recommend this place unless you get ice cream only. The food was not good and the employees are self important. With out customers no jobs. Just a reminder customers are always right. This is the first rule of running a business.

The best value for lunch, cheeseburger was great, and the ice cream Sunday was yummy. Friendly staff! ♥️

Ordered and ate inside, the guy who took our order was friendly, food came out quickly and was good. When we had to leave before I was done, the same guy was super helpful in showing me how to unfold and close up their to go boxes (which are like Chinese finger traps).

Drive thru lady was soo soo rude, and was trying to get us to hurry up and order when it was only 9:30pm! I asked if she would be able to do 2 separate orders and she told me not tonight! Blizzards were served right side up all 4 of them!!! Out of bananas so couldn’t get a banana split, then she forget to give us one of our blizzards so we had to drive back and wait in the drive thru again!
Destiny was the lady’s name on the receipt but not sure if that was the lady running the drive thru, the lady that took our order did not hand us our Icecream, the lady that handed us our ice cream was very polite

Best ice cream in town.. way better then sonic. I have to drive from south side to get it and it's worth the drive. Half my stuff at sonic is not done right or I'm shorted half my order or they just close and don't make it leaving you waiting to get your money back 4 days later because you pay through the app. Well not at DQ they rock. Sonic at this point just close your doors till u can get it right!

Updated. The manager here has been doing great. 7 years ago I left a bad review but he has turned it around.
