Running a special that they give you a free dessert with a $10 purchase. We ordered 2 sandwiches and asked for extra ham and extra banana peppers. We did not get the sandwiches made that way. We also were charged for our dessert. When I called the store I had to talk to 3 different people and the last person said he was the general manager and he did make our sandwiches right and no we don't get a credit for our dessert because they were not ordered on line. They don't give you an option to add to the sandwiches I explained to him and he hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional for a so called "General manager"

Everything was great but the young man taking my order I think was new and he was not up to speed on computer or the menu.
This store doesn't deserve the harsh reviews it receives. I have been ordering Dominos since they opened here in Hastings, at least once every couple months. Every time the food has been perfect. Great toppings, good crust, perfectly cooked, and the delivery drivers are all efficient and courteous. The only time I had an issue was once that I had an hour wait for my two pizzas. The food arrived fresh and hot, and to my surprise, they emailed me a voucher for a free pizza due to my wait. Really don't know what place everyone else has been experiencing- because this Dominos is amazing! Great job to all the workers there!

Ordered Domino’s for delivery tonight and one of our pastas was made incorrectly and put into a bread bowl. Called back to explain it and see about having it fixed and was surprised when they said they would replace it but then rudely asked for the previously messed up pasta to be returned. Pretty sure that’s against health and safety regulations.

Tried for the first time... my order was incomplete... Called in to explain to worker and he had no apology. Just a bunch of excuses. Wuld of just liked a sorry. But that wasnt his respond. Probably the first and lasts time i will order there take out.

I thought the containers felt light. If not empty. They were half full and had little to no sauce on them. Plain, dry, pasta.
