Yikes! Grabbed a coffee with cream (supposed to be fresh brewed) it was warm and not good at all. I handed it back and he gave me a hot cup but it was weak and tasted like dish soap. Very disappointing 😔

Ever wonder why you don’t see a line of cars here? Probably cause it’s actually awful. Got a sandwich. It was literally soggy bread that they threw a cold egg, cheese, and sausage patty on. Asked for hot chocolate with whipped on it they put it on the doughnut. The munchkins were cold like they had just came out of the fridge and tasted like old dirty plastic. Just awful

This place has gone down hill. Like really badly. Bad customer service, bad listening ear, and just plain annoyance. Will not be going back anytime soon. Tried to call to make things right and they dont answer their phones!

Awful customer service, also asking for light ice because of this exact reason right here? there should not be a CHUNK of ice in my drinks i’m paying 7 dollars for a drink. we asked politely for light ice and they rolled their eyes and refused to to it and said there would be less in the drink.
DO NOT go through the drive-thru unless you have at least 30+ minutes to waste waiting. Happens way too often anymore, today was my last time going here.

Me and my brother like to come here before and after school. We love the drinks, but to get deals at every other place you have to use the app, and that’s what we do. Except when we use the app and set our order at the drive thru, we get scolded for not doing so earlier. I don’t understand. Are they going to make our drinks and let them sit for 15 minutes before we get there, or do they expect us to order as we’re driving? At this point I’m uncomfortable going to Dunkin because I have issues talking to people for my order and it’s also much easier to get a close look at the menu, as someone with glasses.
This morning it was in a long line of cars, they had more than enough time to see our order before we told them the number, and yet we got scolded. You’ve lost a customer from me.

I go here frequently and I’m always met with kind and patient staff. My drink is always up to standard, and never takes more than a few minutes to get.

We ordered online. As we did, there were several things unavailable. We ended up ordering several things that were available. Upon receiving our items at the window, they haded us something we did not order and closed thw window swiftly. We told them, "This is not what we ordered.". Their response was, "It's the best we can do.". I have yet to have a good experience with them.

First day of them selling the munchkin buckets and we’re out of them by 8 am when they open at 7 am, and I had called in a couple minutes before to ask if they had them and they said yes. Well I get there what was my surprise they ran out.
Unfortunately, several times my americano tasted strongly like soap. When pouring it out in the sink because it was too gross to drink, the sink smelled strong like an alcohol/sanitizer smell. Too many of these incidences at this location, won't be going here anymore.

Yesterday morning had a chorizo and egg wrap and it tasted good with spicy but it looked off and I did throw it up later on that day and don't have the proof cuz I don't care to put it in a sandwich baggie but that's the second time that I've actually had breakfast there and it's no good remove the breakfast and serve only donuts
