Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Asked for a crispy chicken sandwich and then they gave me grilled and after making me wait 10 min in the drive thru just to get my order wrong

My first time at any Freddies. I wished I had taken some pics of the cheeseburger, chicken sandwich and chili cheese fries, because it all tasted better than it looked. The chili cheese fries was a glob, but it tasted fine. Freddies is higher quality food than most chain burger joints so I will go back someday.

Med fry? Onion was like rubber on my California burger. Not sure what was going on with it. Lady was nice. Usually I check my order because it seems you can't trust fast food workers to get it right. We'll I didn't check it today. Big mistake!!!!!! Totally disappointed. Do the management even read these???

I absolutely love eating here! The French fries are my favorite, they are like no one else's! Atmosphere is awsome! Service is always great! My go to place in hastings!

The women taking my order was the nicest and very appreciated. The women that took my money was jsut as nice, then they gave me a free apple pie shake for my toddler which was amazing customer service. The food was a little sloppy, but they were busy so we will take it!! And be back!
