First timer here and I loved it!!! Their frozen cappuccino is to die for and there green machine pancakes are apparently the house favorites and I was beyond satisfied.
Poor service. Took forever to get our food.
I don't think the food is as good as it use to be. They removed alot of the tvs an the menu doesn't have alot of options.
Seven months ago (pre covid-19) the food was just OK, table service marginally good. The only reason I go is to get a bite and sit and play keno. I won several rounds which is why the business got 3 stars. It is also under new management now with some remodeling, so the food has improved as of yesterday. Table service still quite slow for a midday meal. I will return, because they offer Keno!
The foodnis AWESOME, and the service is AMAZING!! Great environment and loved the hostess - Hannah!!Go try it, the changes are GREAT!!
Food was great... Had the spicy chili wings and highly recommend them. However service was not so great...Waiters seemed very uninterested in helping our table as if we were inconveniencing them... Half our table didn't get their orders right or at all..could have just been a bad day service wise because I used to come here as a college student and it wasn't this way.
Not worth it. Go somewhere else. From mac n cheese to the rueben to prime rib to queso dip to a side salad, NOTHING tasted good.
Bad food, bad service. Would not recommend.
Great tasting food and at a reasonable price!
Hostess was very friendly. Our server seemed very inexperienced, maybe he was new to give him the benefit of the doubt. No employees were wearing masks, which I get is still a choice in Hastings. Ordered drinks and fried pickles, fried pickles arrived before our drinks. The drinks were great, fried pickles were so salty we couldn't eat them, and I love salt. The rest of our food came and we hardly ate any of it as it didn't taste good, my wedge salad had brown spots all over the lettuce. My husband's chicken fried steak seemed like it came from the freezer section at the grocery store. Our seever noticed we didn't eat the pickles and when he asked why I noted they were too salty to eat, yet we still paid full price for them. Went to pay and wanted to use up a gift card, FYI if you have an old gift card good luck trying to use it, they did let us thankfully. Overall we were not pleased and will be unfortunately taking out business elsewhere in the future.

I really like the new look. The menu has items you can't find in town.
Fantastic food and service. The new owners are doing. A great job. We will definitely be making this place a regular...I got the brisket, which had great smoky flavor to it. My wife had a smoked grilled pork chop that was pretty incredible.
Went to Keno for the first time in several months WOW the food was amazing! I had the Cobb salad with chicken. When they brought it out, it was large and picture perfect. I wished I would have taken a picture. Everyone at our table had great food. We will definitely coming back.
My husband didn't care for the hot beef sandwich. Wasn't what he expected but tasted good. Mine was awesome. I had the shrimp.
