On her way back home from the water park we stopped at a new spot for us & we were so impressed with the friendly, prompt, service with incredibly fresh, delicious, excellent, authentic tacos! The Jamaica (Hibiscus flower drink) was so refreshing & delicious! We can’t wait to come back & try the rest of the menu! It all looked so delicious!! Thank you for an unexpected amazing late lunch!!

I was not expecting it to be a food truck but they have this place down to a science. If I could give this 10 stars I would! The Agua de Sandía was so fresh and refreshing that alone makes me want to move here!!

Came to town from outta state to go to the track and was looking for a place to eat. Only got the tacos so I can really only critique them. Meat was good with all the toppings only thing I would change is the tortillas used. I am from california so maybe it’s that’s but man oh man you can really change your taco game with switching the tortillas up that was my only complaint. Customer service and the atmosphere was amazing.

My new go-to Mexican food place! While the food isn't the cheapest, you get the high quality (and large portion sizes) that you're paying for. Excellent service, and the staff is very accommodating to dietary needs. Order the agua mineral preparada--it'll change your life.

I’ve visited many food trucks and Mexican cafes over the years, and Irma’s is MI FAVORITA!! Highly recommend the quesabirria tacos!!

This was the best experience I've had in a long time , owner took time to talk to us , actually all the crew took time . The best mexican food I've ever had and I'm 65 years old . Hand down the best food and people , seriously clean ! These owners take the most pride in the resturant, food , customers , portions . Delicious, delicious, delicious. This will be my go to forever when I come to Hastings , no question! Thank you Irmas for a great experience. Will be back very soon ....Dan
