Food is good but they charge way too much for add-ons. The chicken is not good at all and their pumpkin cookies have too much spice, was not good. Fast survice though.

We eat at Jimmy John’s regularly and our kids always get the little John’s. Tonight the 2 we ordered were significantly smaller than usual. I measured and one was 4” and the other just shy of 4”. Usually they are at least a couple inches longer and fill our kiddos up, tonight not so much. Unfortunate to pay those prices and not get what we typically do.

Would be nice if they had a drive-through sometime it can be very challenging to find a parking space. Employees are friendly

Not happy with this location this is twice that we have ordered sandwiches and both visits were ABSOLUTELY terrible we got charged for items that was not put on the sandwiches this visit we ordered the new pesto sandwich there was no cheese no pesto sauce and no extra mayo or pickle that was requested we will not b back we will continue going to the grand island Nebraska store where we know we'll get what we paid for

It's a Jimmy Johns so a lot will be the same from every location so I'll stick to what makes it different: Staff are friendly and quick to make your offer. Lobby and bathrooms are spotless. Ingredients appear to be super fresh.
Parking: There's just street parking might be hard to find a close spot depending on the time of day.
Kid-friendliness: They have kid sized foods. I believe I saw a high chair.

Ordered a singular sandwich and drink. Waited 15 minutes after the expected delivery time to call and check. They said driver just left. Waited another 15 minutes which was ultimately an hour after the order was placed. They asked if I looked outside my door for my food. I left my living room to go see if it was there. Indeed it was. They said my doorbell didn’t work. I pressed it to see if it worked. It did, my phone and my Alexa got the notifications. I asked if they’ve considered knocking if someone doesn’t answer instead of leaving their food on the ground by trashcans. They claimed they did but I would’ve heard it from 15 feet away. The DoorDash drivers and dominos delivery drivers and Walmart delivery haven’t given us this issue previously.Ultimately my food was there but for how long was it sitting on the ground?

Rather bizarre that this eatery is in an area where nothing else is open late, yet they are open till midnight. Had the ceasar wrap, tasted different than i expected it to, but it was good. Service was iffy, only one person there when we came in, then finally after several minutes an employee walks in from outdoors, then another couple of minutes later another employee comes in. That sped up the service finally, it was really slow until then.
