Ordered a chizza, the cheese wasn't even close to being melted. Found a hair in the box. The person standing at the drive thru window had the counter person hand out food while she stood there herself.

Went to get some food they asked us if we wanted to try a bucket meal and we said yes then since it was 20 mins before close they couldn't do the bucket but offered the leftovers that No one wants. Come on people open till 9 should mean get what you want till 9 not get what's in the warmers such a let

2nd time they screwed up an order. Got a $20 box, plus an extra 5 piece nuggets. That's 5 sauces, got 0. Also didn't get the biscuits that come with it.

They discontinued the hot wings, again! Settled for a 3 piece dinner. The thigh and leg (shorted 1 piece) were way too greasy, it was aweful!

All I wanted was two wings and one leg and they couldn’t even get that right! Instead, I got two extremely greasy pieces of backs, or whatever they were, and they were so greasy I couldn’t even eat them! While I was at the window, I observed a heavyset, very sloppy looking man grab a biscuit with his bare hand, his whole entire bare hand went over the whole entire biscuit and just toss it into my box of chicken even though I said I didn’t want a biscuit, then I saw him put his hands inside the box again I don’t know what he was doing or touching, but it was definitely a violation of food safety! I will never go to this place again!
