Great service and food quality even late!!! Went at 9:30 because they said they close at 10. Even though may would be rude or the food old they were awesome!!! especially for a Chinese buffet, it was still great service. IMPRESSED.

food is good, the owner lady is very rude maybe it’s just to me. A sauce packet (anymore than 4) is 1.25. What?!? Other places give them out for free. i could understand maybe 25 cents but not that much. Also one time me and my boyfriend came and sat down with friends (didn’t eat) and they charged us the buffet cost. The man (husband?) is much nicer.

We dine in or carry out 1-2x a week at this buffet. We order it ahead of time often also. My wife is under the weather today and requested her favorite Chinese in Hastings. To avoid her going out into the public we decided to do take out tonight. The service was beyond rude and I’m flabbergasted about it. First I was told the lid has to shut (it did just fine and wasn’t forced to close or overflowing even in the slightest), usually I am greeted differently so this caught me off guard. As I proceed to get both meals she follows me around the restaurant and reminds me if it’s too heavy I will be charged extra. I told her I understood and continued to grab our food. I asked for small containers for sweet and sour sauce for the crab Rangoon’s I have placed in my container. I am told $31.00 and some change. She charges me $45.50 instead and then as I am leaving tries to charge me $2.00 extra for the sweet and sour sauce. As mentioned, we dine here a lot and it has absolutely never ever been $45 for 2 buffets or 2 take out styrofoam containers. The entire encounter was enough for me to say I will never return to this establishment and by word of mouth, I’ll make sure my family and friends don’t either. Great food, crummy and rude service. I could easily clear 4-5 plates in person but we get one small box for the same cost. Which I get, but there was no need to be followed, charged again, or lied to about the cost. Took me for $12 more than I should have paid and tried to get $2.00 more but my card declined as fraud.

Came here to eat, was super excited. Food was rotten…. My cream cheese in my mushrooms and crab rangoons was gray, curdled, and sour. Service was absolutely awful after bringing forth the issues. My whole party became ill after eating here. Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning or worse. This place is absolutely appalling for thinking that it’s more than acceptable to sell contaminated food for such a high price, nobody should have to pay for anything rotten in general.

Good service, but the woman, I suppose the owner, treats her employees very badly. The last two times I went, she just kept yelling at the waiters.
