I would’ve put a 5 star but my man Hunter Faimon was doing good putting them fries in the bag sooo I think he needs a raise, precisely by about 10+ dollars an hour

Kind of a dead place no fountain drinks or cups or sweet tea out on the floor like any other McDonald's... Is a very dull and rather sad place to be and the only thing that works good is the Wi-Fi... Employees don't pay any attention to the front so you might be a customer standing there waiting to order your food for 10 or 15 minutes or 20 minutes sometimes??? Then when you do wear your food it takes another 30 minutes to get it... And to be quite honest the food's not even that good...

Good food but every time I order a frappe it's not frozen its just liquid like they leave the leftovers and just pour it in when someone orders one 🙃

Recently McDonald’s has been screwing things up….two times this week! First week we got part of our money back, and then today I got my food and drink, got back to work, and instead of the Dr Pepper I wanted, it was DIET. She wanted me to come back and they would replace it, but I told her I didn’t have the time as I had to go back to work…instead of sending a coupon or whatever, she just says she will talk to the drive thru people so they don’t do it again….getting old for them screwing things up

Well its McDonald's. I particularly like the one on 2nd street in grand island because the food quality is consistent and so is the wait time.
I ordered off the app and the order was completely messed up when I received it. I tried to call them and no one ever answered.

When we were getting our food we had to wait 25 mins for our food and they said the computer stop working but we saw it on their screen so don’t know if they didn’t send it to the kitchen. We also get cold food the only thing hot is chicken sandwich every time. Was going to rate it a 2 but since we got extra fries and apples I gave it a 3. My family always have problems with this location. They need way better management and people working
No fish?! And still no ice cream so we didn't get the shakes OR the Filet o' Fish sandwiches we went there specifically for. Food we ended up getting was good but the fries really needed salt.
