This location needs a complete overhaul!! I placed and ordered on the app, sat in the drive thru for 25 mins before getting my food. Then told the frozen Coke had started to melt, but the machine was in defrost so they couldn’t replace it. The woman at the window was rude and told me she could give me a refund. I left without my drink 30mins AFTER I ordered on the app. I could have gone somewhere else and gotten better service!

The food was hot and fresh but we waited a long time in the drive thru and they weren't even open on the inside!
Rude and incompetent workforce... Very poorly trained. Seemed very dumb and all high themselves. Couldn't even put my order total on the screen. Was overcharged for my breakfast meal there. Breakfast Burritos were cold and made me sick. I called the manager there, spoke with her directly, complained, she never even tried to resolve the issue with the customer. No credits on my breakfast meal. 😲
Another time there... 4 poorly put together meals. Fries were not fully cooked, were soggy and cold. No dipping sauce with the nuggets "again." Waited too long for our food. Only received 1 free cupon for a breakfast sandwich. 😲

Yes they did mess up my order recently. I nicely complained and they fixed the issue right away. It pays to complain nicely
