Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

My 80 year old mother and I had biscuits and gravy. We entered and stood in the lobby for 5 minutes, I walked over to the kitchen door and found to employees chatting. I asked if we seat are selfs and was given a dirty look. She walked right past me and grabbed menus. She sat us and mom ordered biscuits and gravy, I ordered the same with sausage. Our order was brought and we began to eat. Only to discover the biscuits are not done. Told the server and was given a 15% discount. Not acceptable i told her. Manager and I spoke and he was more than pleasant. As he spoke I could tell this tip of service was not what they strive for. So to say I was also impressed with his comment to strive for the best experience for all there guest. I will sentently come back

They usually have buy 2 meals and 2 drinks and you get the cheaper meal free once a week.

Great service and delicious food!

The staff at Hastings Perkins is exceptional. Today Laura and Glenda saw to our every need; Sunday it was Anna, Michael, and Hannah, all under the kind but efficient direction of Debi. Thanks Tony all!

Very disappointed. We waited for an hour for our food. Food was fair. Waitress never checked on us but did on all the other tables. People that came in after us got their food before we did.

I found a hair in my steak.

They mess up order didn’t tell what’s coming charged me and not even make me a another food that they messed up

I ordered a full rack of ribs and was delicious,my server llily she do fenomenal even when she was busy .im happy to go back next weekend.

I had to go to the kitchen to find a host to assist us, he ignored us so we waited 5 minutes for a server to come and place us on a waiting list. We sat for at least 10 more minutes and I noticed that everyone else had been seated and the server was taking people to tables who had arrived after we placed our name on the list. Very displeased with the staff

My wife and I ordered our food and waited an hour then our waitress came out and said that the pot roast my wife ordered was no longer available. I truly think this will be the last time I attempt to eat here service is always bad and takes forever to get your food. Every time I go back and give it another chance it’s the same thing. You can’t just waste an hour of someone’s time and expect them to stay and reorder. We left and took our business elsewhere. Truly disappointed.

Our waiter , 166 Michael did a great job, polite , very informative, refilled glasses without having to ask, cleaned plates in a nice way. He was one of the best i have had in a long time!!!
