This place has been consistently disappointing, and I’ve finally reached my limit. I’ve given them three separate chances, and each visit managed to be worse than the last. The first two times, part of my order was simply missing—no explanation, no urgency, just negligence. I had to drive back across town twice to get what I had already paid for. That’s on me for giving them a second chance, but the third visit sealed it.
What I received was a $20 burrito roughly the size of a credit card—an insult disguised as a meal. The staff wasn’t rude, just startlingly incompetent at executing the most basic parts of their job. After three failed attempts, I’m done. No more chances, no more wasted money, and no more settling for this level of indifference.

Food always tastes great but the portion sizes are just insane, got a rice bowl with “extra rice” and it barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Got not even a full scoop of meat as well and was expected to pay $15? I’m hoping it’s just the new location and will get better over time!

This location is still new. Every time I order a taco salad, they have no shells. They act unsure about where they are or what to do. Staff told me today they chose not to make them because they may go to waste. All other locations carry it. Never had this problem in the city next to us. When I bring it up to other people, they say the same thing that they ask and they never have it in stock. Bummer to pay same price for something that is missing the part I like.
I hope Hastings can keep this place open

We ordered online for a pickup and the food was hot and ready when the app said it would be. The portions we got were huge as well. I appreciate another option in Hastings.
