Runway are a interesting food not found everywhere . I have family who make a point to visit while in state and take back to there homes to enjoy and share to friends abroad stop by and try them .

My experience at this restaurant was terrible, we bought 2 meals that had Fry's and drinks. They double dunked or Fry's instead of cooking fresh which we asked for new and stated we would wait for them, they were so gross couldn't even eat them. Burger and runza were dry and my shake wasnt even frozen just syrupy liquid. Very unimpressed. Drive thru worker was not even friendly.

Food here has always been good. Only a small deduction for the occasional time the fries are crappy or food is cold. It has happened but not very often. Overall always really pleased.
I picked up my order at the window this afternoon. The fries were so hard I could not eat them, the onion rings also were hard. I pulled the onion out and ate the onion. The cheese Runza was fine and the soup was given to me through the window much sooner then the rest was done so therefore it was cold. I usually have no problems there but was not happy at all today.

I have to say, I appreciate the customer service here. I pulled in the drive through (I live out of state) and they were not officially open yet. They still took my order and gave me my soda while I waited! I love Runza and there isn't one closer than six hours away from me. I'll be sure to visit this one again!

This review is based on getting their Runza original sandwich and the experience I had dining in as a group with friends, coming from out of state. I think it was a good experience trying out bierock made into a signature Runza in this restaurant chain only in Nebraska. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was clean and nice. I particularly liked reading about their description of what Runza was and their restaurant history. My personal experience is that the sandwich I had was a higher end of fast food at a reasonable price. I can see myself coming back though. This feels healthier than McDonald’s and other chains hence the higher end of the fast food restaurant in my humble opinion.
