Ordered online. Picked up order and all 6 employees were happy and smiles. Got home and found Runzas were so old and hard from sitting under a heat lamp all day or days they were terrible.Everyone was so disappointed, we threw them in the trash and went somewhere else for supper. We'll never use 2nd street Runza again..

Did not get what we ordered. I usually don't check my bag to make sure I have everything I ordered. In the future I will check my bag. Receipt should be given to customer. This was 2nd time in a few months.
