this is the second time I come to the scooters and they mess up my order or doesn't taste great. Even when I went back around, they gave me a big lid that didn't even fit my cup so my whip cream came out.

Kara remade a drink for me after the other scooters in town messed up my drink again. I called and asked if she could help and she was more than willing, apologetic and kind! More workers like this are needed! Ones who listen and care. She definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond expectations. Thank you☺️

Ali was working solo this morning while it was super busy she still remained very pleasant taking orders and greeted me with a smile per usual running around like crazy. She definitely deserves recognition. For always being so upbeat and sweet to us from us driving though to walking our German Shepherd through for a pup cup. We’ve never been treated or greeted with anything but a smile and upbeat personality.
The lady there named Raychel said, "scoot around to the window and that was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and kind! Would come back here again and again.

Specifically asked for no whipped cream. After I paid and gave a tip the girl handed me my drink with whipped cream I said "o I didn't want whipped cream" she said with a rude tone "did u want me to take it off?" Well if I didn't want it I'd prefer u to listen to my original request and make my drink correctly?♀️ so rude! Won't be back to this location. Disappointing as I have never had bad service at this particular scooters.
