No mistakes and faster than normal but they gave me pre opened sauces that were crusty.

Service can be slow due to too few workers, so I would order ahead if possible. Plus, using the app saves more $$!! Even if it glitches out, they will honor the deals you just have to ask. 😏

Don't order takeout much less to eat at the place, it is a super slow place to receive both the service and wait for your order to be ready. I do not recommend it even to request a home delivery.

I used to work here a long time ago and I cannot comprehend why every time I come here now it takes 20 + minutes to get my order even if I order one item and then when I actually get my food it's cold and hard what the heck have you done with this place.

Now i have to call corporate to get a refund, never come to this sonic, they take forever just to say they are out.

Sat in the drive thru for awhile with one other car in the area and never got serviced. Saw an employee look at us and didn’t do anything ended up driving away. How is this place still open it’s always an unpleasant experience

07:57am at drive through box. " hello we don't open til 8am " ok ill wait. " we don't open til 8 " ok that's like 3 minutes is it ok to wait? - interactions with customers should always be positive and encouraging to buy their products. Now this is hastings nebraska. But there should be atleast a standard customer service expectation.

Speaker didn’t work, employee came out to take my order. I ordered and got worrying drink and wrong size side order. No sauce, 1 napkin. Poor poor poor service.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger but asked for no cheese and only ketchup on it. Got home to a burger with cheese 1 slice of bacon and all top toppings. She read my order back to me and what she said was correct. So I thought it would be right. I also waited 18 minutes to get wrong order. Will be another 2 years before I go back to Sonic.

Did not eat there
This was terrible. We pulled in pushed the button so we could order. Waited 10 minutes. Nothing. A lady came out and asked if we were there for a pick up, I told her no we were waiting to order. She just turned around and walked inside. Waited a few more minutes realizing drive through was going pretty fast. So we pulled around to drive through. Waited another 10 minutes to order. They were out of marinara sauce for the cheese sticks, no big deal. No chili for chili cheese tots, no fries. They were out of basically everything. We order 2 rt. 44 sweet teas with light ice. There was absolutely NO ice in either of our drinks, and they were out of straws, so we had been giving milkshake straws, only to realize they gave us both regular tea Instead of sweet tea. Terrible experience. Will never go back.
