We travel Nebraska often for work and personal and as a coffee addict we visit Starbucks often. Hastings Starbucks is my favorite Starbucks by far. The service is top notch, my drink always made correct, the staff are always bubbly and friendly, and I rarely have to wait. Thank you! Keep up the GREAT work!

This is a nice Starbucks with great Wi-Fi! I worked there most of the day on a Tuesday and it's a busy store. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and as always, the coffee was excellent.

They act snobby won’t even say one word to u until you have stood there for 10 mins! I get it y’all thank your better then everyone else because you work at Starbucks good for you sweet hearts however you should learn how to treat customers it’s actually really pathetic and extremely unprofessional

I grabbed someone else’s drink and didn’t realize it. I returned it about 10 minutes later and the staff remade mine and hers and wouldn’t take any payment. Thanks for your grace and awesome service! (And sorry Tia I took your white chocolate mocha)

I always get coffee coffee and breakfast for my self before going to work. Today 5 /19/23 . I ordered on app at least 30 minutes before I came. I know it's long line . But it shouldnt take that long for a coffee, normally it's always ready by the the time I come with that much of time ahead ordered, when I came waited 10 minutes . I didn't see mine on the counter so I ask for sure if my coffee is ready and don't want to be over looked , the lady seem not friendly dont even mind to check and said ( your order maybe in process). So I continued to wait , few minutes later she said some one called to order and picked mine in error, and make me an awful coffee never ask what did I ordered , just give me whatever she want, I paid my coffee I should get what exactly I ordered. My guess she is lying cause star buck don't accept order through phone call, and if she don't like the job should not work there. If don't like working in a publi stay in the back don't be rude to customers and effect the company that she work for. I comes every single day since it's open. Others are so nice but her,others even known what I need cause I get same coffee no change.
