Id have to say I gave up on this subway because they are known to cross contaminate stuff when they slice and prep it for the cold case. after visiting here more often than i cared to. the stuff i bought tasted like they sliced everything after spicey peppers. had enough of it and never went back.

We placed an order to go. Picked it up and went back to work (literally 5 blocks). Subs looked thrown together and a mess. I should've taken a pic. Half my cub had mayo, other half was dry. Ingredients weren't spread out. Not at all impressed.

Very bad service, the employees are not friendly at all and they do not help you quickly with the order... I do not recommend it.
the manager is incredibly rude, when i picked up my food and got home we noticed we were missing 2 items, so i called her back and she said “well i put the item in the bag myself i know it was in there.” after which i said i don’t know what to tell her cause it was not in the bag, she suggested that the door dasher took it out of the bag when i picked it up myself so she didn’t even know what order i was talking about. her only solution was for me to drive across town back to the store so she could show me the cctv footage of her putting it in on of the two bags that were up there, and then ended the call with “this is he manager by the way, bye”. just make the drive and go to the other subway.

I asked for a toasted sandwich and when they did half of the bread was still untoasted I got completely sick and was throwing up and even got my order wrong

Vegetarian options: I don't know how many vegetarian items there is but if there isn't just order a 1 door long sand which and take out everything and put vegetarian things so<3 just for you vegetarian people
Parking: The parking lot is in front of the doors of subway there is 6 I'm pretty sure and like 14 on the end so there's about 20 parking spaces if im sure

Management is very poorly. They don't take orders as when they come in. I ordered online and still had to wait after my time that it said that it would be done. So ridiculous.

Be very careful of the store they like to charge you extra for items and then not give them to you. can you imagine how much their bottom line of profit can go up by charging you extra for items that they don’t give you and then they don’t compensate you for it! It all adds up. very crooked, and then there’s no way to get a hold of corporate at all And they have no manager or supervisor working there for the next three days in a row, so the employees can be just as terrible as they want to with no accountability .Now that I know there is absolutely no way to get a hold of Subway corporate if something goes wrong, I will never go to Subway again because clearly they don’t care at all. What kind of business makes no way at all for customers to file a complaint?The girl at the store had an attitude. after she made two Subway sandwiches that I asked for she was done with me even though I was polite, she didn’t ask me if I need anything else, went right to the register. I told her I still want a cup of meatballs and she got really put out by that And went to go get my cup of meatballs. I told her nicely that I would like one piece of cheese put in the cup of meatballs. with an attitude, She told me she will have to charge me extra for the cheese. I said that’s fine. Well, she didn’t put the cheese in even though she was standing right close to where the cheese is at the time she said that, but she sure made sure she charged me for it , so I called her when I got home and realized she didn’t give me the cheese and the way she wanted to fix it was to have me spend more in gas than what the cheese cost to drive all the way back there to get the cheese charge reversed. Refused to comp me for my time and inconvenience , then I had no way to get a hold of corporate and the manager isn’t in for the next four days! How convenient. Terrible place.
