i just want to support and say that miranda was lovely !! best customer service me and my boyfriend have had in a longg time. she was so nice and extremely friendly. doesn’t matter that it’s just subway, she does her job and she’s good to people, give my girl a raise hahaha

I have a high sea food allergy and I come to this store only because Meranda Freek takes it seriously and ensures that I am safe to eat any sandwich I want and ensures not only she keeps me safe but the team also understands the severity of the situation and teaches them why it is so important. I always feel bad every time I have to have clean gloves and knives but unfortunately I have to ask for it. Thank you for not making me feel less than.

The price change is insane $15 dollars for a foot long turkey sub is crazy and absurd what ever happened to the 5 dollar foot long thing? $15 dollars is not worth a subway sandwich that’s crazy

The two employees were outstanding they both have great customer service. The sandwich was perfect and not overpriced.

We stopped in after a long day in Hastings (were from out of town) to get a quick bite to eat for the drive home. Emily and Miranda were nice. Miranda was extra helpful and knowledgeable on the foods. The food was good. I wish the meat was a little healthier, and Subway had gluten-free bread.

Staff was great however the new sandwich menu totally is not for the better, more restrictive/ expensive ( like everything else)and less options. I ordered a meatball sandwich # 6 The Boss and wanted the cheese changed- he said that will cost you a $1.80 more bc we’re not substituting now so subway can keep better control of inventory. I said I wasn’t paying more just to change the cheese. He said if you take the pepperoni off then I won’t charge you more to change the cheese you’ll save money … makes no sense but went with it to get the cheese I liked. He also said the vegetables we add to the sandwiches will soon have an extra charge for each item and subway is going to do away with build your own sandwich…. Guess we won’t eat there again or much if that happens as my child will only eat a certain sandwich he builds. I’m normally open to change but not this, sad as we’ve always eaten subway often.

To whoever the girl was working today: GIVE HER A RAISE! You'd think during district softball, they would be adequately staffed. Butttt nope. She was all alone. Literally by herself. She handled a lobby full of customers with a smile. I could tell she was overwhelmed as she should be BY HERSELF and she kept it together. SERIOUSLY! GIVE HER A RAISE OR PROMOTION. Do it quickly, before she takes her skills elsewhere. Which honestly- I would! 6-11-22
