Showed up to drive-through at 9:45 pm, as their website says they closeat 10. Gentleman behind the microphone told me they were only serving Door Dash orders. I know I wasn’t in NYC where I live, but I was surprised there even is Door Dash in Hastings, Nebraska. Not to mention that when you close at 10 pm that doesn’t mean you stop taking orders 15 minutes before then. Not professional.

Never once have I used a drive-through and been asked "what are you here for?" with an annoyed inflection.

This place has historically had issues with service, and almost every single time it's when the workers have unresolved issues. You'll get some folks who genuinely are just bad workers like the example above, but I've spoken to the workers with genuine inquiry on occasion, and almost every time it's an issue they cannot resolve even with the floor managers present. It's fantastic when functional, I'll say that, especially with the floor workers who know what they are doing. Still, I've noticed a pattern of this place being review-bombed, then suddenly being the peak fast-food experience for a week, then dropping off once everything seems like it's okay at a glance.

My proposed solution would be to close these doors (like they are all the time anyway) until we find out where along the chain of command the issues are coming from and simply replace them. It gets more absurd each time I go, so I'm just not coming back here until there's a grand re-opening.

Worst place ever to get food second time in a row we have been to that place n they r either out of product to make the food or they r closing an hour before or half hour before if you suppose to be open till a certain time I'd think I'd serve ur very very huge line of people in ur drive thru instead of telling them ur closed along with 8 other cars wow never ever again this place needs to get there act together and quick

This location is terrible anymore. They are constantly out of product such as large cups. They continually mess up orders or don't even try to properly wrap any burritos, and now they are telling people that they are only accepting door dash orders

On my lunch break to get some food for the rest of my shift. The lobby which was closed which is very common now which is frustrating so I went to the drive thru, after stuck for 30 mins waiting to order im told they can’t accept any orders besides DoorDash. I asked for a reason and was not given any. I proceeded to sit for 20 more minutes to get out of the drive thru with no food and no reasoning. Staff your restaurant. Fix the service. And thanks for making it so I couldn’t eat during my break. Absolutely ridiculous

I just bought your $9 deluxe box. Wth is deluxe about it? There was hardly anything in it? That or your people shorted me. What very little that was in it was horrible. Major rip off! …wasn’t even $5 worth of food! 😡
This location has had a vast amount of issues for far too long. It’s time to consider this one a loss and just shut it down.

We went inside Twco Bell today. A lady was walking out when we got there, she stated she waited 5 minutes and no one came to the counter to assist her. We then waited several minutes and no one came to the counter to assist us. We didn’t want to use the kiosk as we were paying cash. They had several employees standing around at the drive thru window and no one ever came to the counter before we finally left. Horrible customer service.

So get this. We are in the drive thru at Taco Bell. We get to the mic. Eventually, we hear, “mobile and app orders only.” Now, for those of you who know Taco Bell know that the moment you go in the drive thru and a car comes up behind you, you are trapped. They didn’t even put up a sign or anything. We found out after it was too late! I understand being short-staffed, but it is just good customer relations to put some kind of visible sign up before people go in. And this is systemic and absolutely unprofessional when they can’t even bother to create a door sign for when their lobby is closed. They are so inconsistent that by now you would think they would have a generic one made to put up as needed. Nope. Terrible business. I definitely learned my lesson and will not be putting myself in those situations again.

Went to eat inside the door was locked and I could eat inside. Went through the drive thru order a box combo. It took 52 minutes for me to get it. This is ridiculous it should not take almost an hour for “fast” food. When I got home and tried to eat my taco there was strings in it. This is unacceptable. Never eating here again.

As a DoorDash driver, I’ve had several experiences delivering from this Taco Bell, and unfortunately, they have been less than satisfactory.

Long Wait Times: Whether in the lobby (when it's open) or at the drive-thru, the wait times are consistently long. This significantly cuts into my ability to accept and deliver other orders efficiently.

Closed Lobby: On multiple occasions, I’ve arrived to find the lobby closed without any signage indicating it would be. This has led to frustrating situations where I couldn't pick up orders, and have had to cancel the delivery.

Order Accuracy: There have been several instances where items were either out of stock or orders were incorrect. This not only affects my delivery times but also impacts customer satisfaction.

Due to these ongoing issues, that are yet to be resolved, I will be declining any future orders from this location to avoid wasting time. I hope they can improve their service for both delivery drivers and customers in the future.
