Slowest drive thru experience in the world

I just sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes!! It's Saturday 130-200-ish. Not really lunch time!..I've never ever had fast food take longer than if I'd gone to a sit-down restaurant to get waited on. Normally eat-in, sit down restaurants have a 15-20 minute turnaround. I was trapped in the drive thru so couldn't really just drive away... very sad.. The tacos were ok but not a single napkin in the bag. I blame management for either not training employees well enough or not having the place staffed well enough! Feel sorry for your future, if this is the way you run your business. Hopefully you get it together!

I don't know how you screw up bean burrito but here we are. I've been here twice and both times they've screwed up my order and the food was horrible.
Spent 40 min in line for our order we couldn’t leave because there driver threw is literally a trap. saw several employees going outside to smoke while we waited for our food.

I love Taco Bell but just not this Taco Bell. Every time I’ve ordered they always get my order completely wrong. I had gotten a burrito supreme w a Crunchwrap supreme and they didn’t give me what I had asked for. It was cold, and gross. Everything was soggy. They need to do better with READING and being better at getting orders right. It’s super frustrating getting food that you paid for just to get something cold and soggy in return. Not pleased whatsoever.👎
