Theres 2 sides to a story. This reveiw joshua dickenson has posted really upsets me. He came in to pick up an ONLINE order and said he was over charged and didnt receieve 1 sandwhich for free. I apologized and said we havw no control over the subway app and pay. We receive the order 3rd party. He was upset and yelling at me as i finished his sandwhiches because he was early to come pick up. He then demanded me to give him free cookies for his military discount and since he was overcharged by the app that i have no control over. I put the side of apple sauce in the bag amd the kids white milk on the counter. He then yelled at me again saying i will be giving you a bad review trisha and purposely forgets the milk on the counter. I also had another customer in my shop standing there in disbelief of what happened. I can only control what happens in store. I never rang in his order to begin with. I work really hard in my store. I would never say no to a 10% military discount. He did not want to purchase the cookies. He wanted them for free.

Trisha is the most unprofessional "sandwich maker" we have ever encountered. We were over charged, didn't get our kids drink, refused to apply military discount. The food was horribly thrown together. She was rude and acted like the world was ending. We will never go back as long as she "works there". The lady messed my sandwich by making it with a different meat I didn’t ordered but i wont be fighting over a stupid sandwich lol. Someone give this people a stress reliever ?

Walked in, building has no customers. Couldn't find employee. She was on the phone in the back FaceTiming about her thyroid issues instead of doing her job. Then it took 40 mins to make a couple sandwiches because of the incompetence of the employee. She wasn't new so it wasn't anything like that. She tried cooking raw meatballs on bread in the MICROWAVE. Proceeded to put cheddar instead of pepper Jack three times. Then scraped my meatballs off with the wrong cheese and put it on new bread instead of just fixing it. After finally telling her the fourth time that the cheese was incorrect on the sandwich she served me frozen meatballs on bread when she "fixed" it. Sandwiches are disgustingly sloppy -even the ham and turkey sandwiches. from being put together with no care. Threw them in the bag and they got smooshed. As soon as we left she went right back to her phone.

OMG....Seriously ordered my usual 6 inch that looked like 4 inches so I mentioned it and asked if they could check the length because one 6 inch looked smaller than both the other sandwhiches cut. The manager said they all very, I said a 6 inch sandwhich shouldn't vary that much. She put it up to their measuring thing and it was clearly too small. I asked to her cut my another piece, she said "are you serious?, I said YES because I want what I am paying for. The manager then proceeded to tell me she has never been attacked like that. Really?? I just asked you to double check and correct if it wrong. The entire visit she kept repeating I've never been attacked like that. Told us to hold on as she was visibly shaking saying she was starting to have a panic attack. She grabbed an employees shoulder and told them to calm down when she needed to calm down. I understand anxiety but if someone asking for a 6 inch sandwich is going to set you off you need another job, remember to take your meds, or lay off the drugs. Then continuously talking shit to the customer who in this situation WAS RIGHT. The manager kept talking shit but wouldn't even provide her name. I hope the owners watch the security cameras from 5/4/23 at 11:20 am WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

to the young lady working today think Jayce was her name. I very very impressed with her authority and asserting her dominance within the work place, it was very impressive to tell her coworker to hurry up and stop messing around becsuse she was indeed going to slow for the rush that there was.
The service was bad I wanted a cheese steak sandwich, you did not have that. I ask for wheat bread look like white bread he said it was wheat it's not. I try to scan my app it would not let me do it. I gave my phone number They didn't want to do it. One employee set down was eating I ask that you didn't have no lemonade I was ignored. This is the worst Subway I've ever been these people need to be trained. This was Tuesday at 6:00pm on April 6th 2021. I ordered a tuna and it was gross and had a bad smell so I did not finish my sandwich. The vegetables did not look fresh. It was a total disaster.
