Had a horrible experience here • ordered ice tea and received water • ordered nachos with shredded beef and extra sour cream but I received chicken and ground beef on them and a drizzle of sour cream • my friend ordered two tacos on the side that didn’t come until 20 minutes after our food • took 40 minutes for food but it wasn’t busy • horrible language barrier only one person spoke broken English • told them to take off the nachos and tacos and tea charges because they were not eaten due to being incorrect and served late. • on my ticket it said $16.70 looked on my phone when I got to my car and I was charged $20

Sat down they where busy I did understand it would take awhile 1.5 hour me and my wife sat there. A couple came in two tables from us within 20 minutes they had their food we still did not we left.

Food was excellent. Did take some time to be prepared. Wheeled out on a cart so the bottoms of the plates would get messy with other food. Serving size was huge for some dishes. A bit warm inside, and the bathrooms needed to be restocked.

The food was absolutely delicious! I highly, highly recommend this place. Catrina’s Tacos are a flavor bomb, Catrina’s Fries were flavorful and decadent, and the shrimp salad was perfect -the shrimp was perfectly cooked and the avocado was generous and perfectly ripe.
The staff were efficient and friendly.
If you want Mexican food, go 👏 here 👏

I asked the locals which Mexican restaurant in town was “the best.” Catrina’s topped the list. We went and recommendations weren’t wrong. I got chicken with spinach, which is one of my faves. The chicken was cooked “blackened” style. Everything about this joint was good. It’s better than anything Mexican in Kearney
9 times i have gotten food here either dine in or order out. 9 times I have either gotten nothing I ordered or like this last time nothing I ordered at all. I even ordered 2 different things hoping I would at least get one of them. Nope. And it stinks when they first came to town it was amazing!

Nachos had a hole can of jalapeños on a big place. The chicken an beef that was mushy. It looked like it was run true the grinder. My Carne asada. The meet was tuff, no tast what so ever. Ice tea was watered-down. Staff was rude, load, and when he cam to the table. He slapping the two plates down. All this for $40.00. Never in my life I have eaten garbage like that.
