Excellent food and service! I’ve had the fried chicken, chicken salad, and chicken strips - all were fantastic. I loved the fries and house sauce, too. The whole staff was friendly and attentive.
Good classic breakfast. Best burgers that you can get in Holdrege, I've had better burgers but you can't get anything close in town. They offer a vary wide menu of dishes that they do well. Prices are a little higher, but nothing that I am not willing to pay to support a local business.
A hometown meeting place. Order food at the counter that is then brought out to your booth or table. Very quaint as server calls out order being delivered to table to find the recipient. Coffee refilled regularly at your table by server. The cinnamon roll is just a wee bit dry but good. Frosting piped on top is creamy and not too sweet. Didn't have full breakfast, but judging by the server, call-outs, dishes that include eggs and rueben hash are a favorite.
