i just went in to place a order at the counter and they refused to take my order. they said i had to place my order thru there kiosk. i talked to the manager and he told me it was there policy. they even offered to help me at the kiosk. what is the difference between taking my order. what a joke i left without placing my order. will never go here again
Supposed to be open until 11 PM. Went there at 9:50 PM the store was already closed. I had to call their contact number because there were still some staffs inside but we (me, husband and daughter) were ignored while standing in front of the door! A staff answered the phone and said they close at 10 PM because of short staffing. I wished they made some effort to update their hours in Facebook or posted an announcement there. So dissatisfied with Holdrege Mc Donald’s. Never get your order correct unless Shane or Toby are working. If you aren’t going to put the condiments in the bag DONT ask the customer if they want them
