I would give this place a zero if I could because customer service sucks you wait for 15 minutes or longer just to get help, When I went in I saw employees making ice cream and eating it and not paying for it as if it was a joke to them and the manager acts as if she can't be bothered if her employees need her. So very sad this McDonald's should really be shut down it. This place also treats their empl screams health violations and the manager and employees are just down right rude and some of the employees ain't even dressed appropriately so discussing will never go back to this McDonald's nor will I ever refer any of my friends and family to this McDonald's. Very bad management too

Went inside and the kiosk was out of order so waited at the counter for 10 minutes before a man showed up at the counter to take my order. He was smoking a vape pen while taking mine and another person order. Both our orders were incorrect and it took them 30 minutes to get mine correct and the other person just left. This use to be a great location but the last few months it has severely declined.

Slow slow! Either short staffed or lazy all the time food is always wrong! Take a break decide to go back always freaking an hour wait and again wrong food Everytime! Sometimes they shut off mobile ordering without actually shutting down the app or just lock the doors! And the ice cream machine has never worked ever!

Holdrege is a very unpleasant town for starters. so going here is a last resort if you travel through. Place needs to carefully clean their ice cream machine.

Pulled into drive through with 4 cars in front of me at 10am. 1 car drove off due to waiting too long, and both the other three waited literally 10 minutes just to place their orders. I got to the order board right at 10:30, and was told I couldn’t order any breakfast, and food was going to be minimum 15 minutes. He did tell me he wasn’t going to take any orders, and when I asked him to clarify he said “well I can, but it’s still going to be 15 minutes”. All 3 people in front of me took less than 2 minutes to say what they wanted. Super disappointing you can’t even have someone tell you at drive through they aren’t going to take your order, until you ask if someone’s there, and then they just ask you to keep waiting. All 3 cars in front of me had to ask if anyone was there.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s I regret my decision. Fries are regularly cold/old even when I ask for fresh ones. Service is always slow. I have ordered online, paid, and left without my food because it took so long

I was very pleased with the service and getting served rather quickly which prompted me to write a review! The food and iced coffee were also very good. Very kind people at both windows.

Ordered ahead on the app and waited roughly 30 min to receive food. Order was not even correct, they had completely forgot a sandwich. What food I had receive was cold. Time before this, I was parked in a stall and told my food would be out shortly. Waited approximately an hour and a half and never had food brought to me.
