We placed an order on the app for curbside pick up. After waiting an hour in drive thru and sitting in the curbside pickup spot, I walked inside to see if our order was ready. The gentleman behind the counter got it and handed it to me right away. The sodas and meals had been sitting for awhile. This is disappointing after working, and trying to accommodate to busy schedules with kids. The service this time was definitely disappointing considering service is usually within a timely manner and fresh. Had I had the time, I would have had my order remade. No one deserves to eat a cold meal.

The morning crew does very well, but it is hit or miss that the lobby is open in the afternoon. If it is open plan on a wait and the staff is not always pleasant.

Got food here the other night, got almost all the way and realized there was no nuggets in the kids meal. Then once we got home I started eating my food only to realize my cheese burger was raw, my husband took it back to get the situation dealt with and taken care of and NONE of the managers on duty would go up front to handle it they made the crew people deal with it. This isn't the first time we've had this issue, this is however the first time we've complained about the fact we were missing food and what not.

This has got to be the most poorly ran mcdonalds I've experienced. I've been here a few times before saying this to give the benefit of the doubt, but, all of the times I've gone I've had to wait 20-30 minutes. The employees are never in a decent mood, and the food is mediocre. It's just sad. They pay has gone up and the quality of service is not reflected.

Stood at the counter for almost 20 mins , never could get any service even though they seen me standing there.....got in the car , ordered threw drive up got my food and gave them a piece of my mind ...they shut the window and walked off......would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Worse place to work at I had done nothing but listen to how much drama happens with the managers and coworkers and the managers suck they say there a team and there not don’t eat here if you know what’s good for your health

I don’t care if you are under staff you make the drive thru wait as well bro like I been in their more then 30 minutes to get two cheeseburgers and we were only two people inside bro drive thru they came and 5 minutes they were out already but no we have to wait almost 40 minutes horrible honesty
