Pizza was dry ,over baked,Tasteless. BBQ was not spread even over pizza was blobs of BBQ . Cinnamon sticks does not even taste like Cinnamon. The alarms for the drive through window was screening the whole time. No ventilation in for the smoke.
We just wated to eat and get out.

I ordered the chicken garden salad. They charge 5.00 over the price of a side salad for approximately 1/8 cup of cold chicken. Very unimpressed with my salad.

Love the food. Sometimes the wait for food is a little ridiculous, but other then that it's great. Only real complaint I have is that when I pick up my food it's never hot it's just warm. I use the drive thru because I have a toddler and it's just easier than having to lug him in and out of the car

When you order pizza through the mobile app and pay for it and comes out of your account but then they tell you your card was declined.. Umm what!? Call pizza hut and they give attitude.

I placed a delivery order. It took 2 hours for them to send it out for delivery. Apparently, they didn't have a driver, so they used Door Dash, who sent it out with a driver named Hector, who couldn't find my address. When I called to tell him how to get to my address, he spoke no English. I called Pizza Hut and was put on hold over 18 minutes until I had to get in my car and go to Pizza Hut to complain. They took no responsibility for it. Saying they had no driver and had to use door dash. I asked for a corporate number, which they conveniently did not have. This is not my problem! I'm a customer! They need to notify a customer if they are having problems. The management didn't care and said it wasn't their problem! Really?? You're offering a service and failed miserably and don't care?? And then tell me to contact Door Dash??? What a way to offer service and hold yourself accountable!! Never again!! Pizza Hut can stick it as far as I'm concerned.

I had trouble ordering online to redeem my rewards points. Both the shift manager and general manager tried to help me. In the end, I received my free item. Their service was appreciated. The business was neat and clean and friendly. It was the noon hour and people were beginning to come in to eat and pickup.
These guys can cook a good pizza. Worth the wait. Busy on Saturday.
