I had trouble ordering online to redeem my rewards points. Both the shift manager and general manager tried to help me. In the end, I received my free item. Their service was appreciated. The business was neat and clean and friendly. It was the noon hour and people were beginning to come in to eat and pickup.

I picked up some pizza and wings for my family. The seats and tables have all been updated and the buffet has been removed. It looks inviting. There were two families sitting in the booths. The smell wasn't great. I can't have pizza, but my family didn't complain. The wings were delicious, but I can only speak to the Parmigiano. I do not do well with hot and I think the Scoville Scale is actually a scale of Dumbassery.
I had ordered a medium Supreme no sausage and a medium pepperoni pizza for take out Sunday 1/21/24 @ 2:02 pm both hand tossed crust , the Supreme cost me $18.24 and the pepperoni cost $14.74 , my husband and I have loved Pizza hut pizzas forever tried Cozad it was horrible so we did not go back , Lexington is gone , so tried Holdrege since you got new owners , we are very disappointed in the Supreme quality of the add on on the Supreme there was very very little . I could buy 3 Digorno pizzas for the price I paid for the Supreme and get more vegetables on just 1 of their's than I did on yours , needless to say we will NOT be making the drive over to get another pizza from your restaurant...extremely disappointed.
Employees were more worried about talking with each other and not taking care of customers poor

Great dine-in experience. Personal Pan Pizza was piled high with toppings and priced reasonably. They are obviously short-staffed (it's impossible to find help in this town) but our pizza was served in a very timely and professional manner anyway. We came about 1pm to miss the lunch rush so that may have helped somewhat. We will definitely be back!

The online says delivery, web says delivery, answering service says delivery Friday Saturday Sunday. I called finally got an answer, only to be told that you don't deliver. I think you need to update everything and remove the delivery. I had heard that this place has improved the quality of the pizza, but I guess I still won't know.

This place is a joke. Last two times our food has been 20 mins or more late. Then today we placed an order, drove to Holdrege from Loomis to pick it up and they have the doors locked and won’t answer the phone. Horrible experience. Can’t even talk to a person for a refund. They even posted on their Facebook Page saying they’re open for Veterans Day. Meanwhile we are hosting 16 people and this was our plan for food.Update: Pizza Hut asked us to email them details (see response below) they have not responded to us and have not refunded us.
