Was in there just 5 minutes ago and the service was terrible kids were cussing and making fun of people then they made fun of someone who asked for a new cup because it had a hole in and was leaking everywhere before they even got to the table to sit so very disgusted owners do better

I was hoping to get a Runza in a bowl without outer crust as I am gluten free. Some of the Runza shops do this, but this one does not. The fries were crispy, the salad was good. I had to take the chicken off as it was breaded. Some of the Runza shops serve it with grilled chicken. (Again, gluten..which being celiac, I can not tolerate). IThe service was quick and accommodating.

This upscale fast food restaurant was much appreciated. We are from WI and so enjoyed your Runza's sandwich, homemade onion rings and the delicious shakes-mint and chocolate! Great to have a sandwich authentic to the area!!!
Traveling through and stopped in. So glad. Amazing food, great quality and the manager, Joel gave a great experience, walked me through all the items and why he loves it and I can see why. 10/10 would do
Ordered two hamburgers with everything on them except cheese. Got home and unwrapped them and the buns were about the size of a top of a kings Hawaiian dinner roll. Never seen so small of a bun at any restaurant!! So disappointed, food there is usually good!

Hadn't had a Runza in nearly 40 years. Was traveling though Nebraska, saw a Runza sign and just HAD to stop in. To be honest, it didn't seem as good as when I was a kid, but I don't think anything is. Everything is made cheap and quickly these days. But anyway, the fries were great, the salad was phenomenal, and the Runza was hot and fresh.
