The assistant manager Bridget was yelling at me and told me that they could come and find me and and it was my fault and I was supposed to do videos by she had me work I only was there for 2 days and i was a car hop person and she said i was calling corporate and saying and what she said was this her job was on the line her and Maddie and i just trieding to be a good coworker never ever working there again

Two cars in drive thru ahead of me and was asked to wait ok no big deal, got to the window paid was handed my card back and my drink was told my food would be out shortly. Sat there and waited probably 5 minutes and the kid at the window starts asking me about someone else's order to which I said no I'm waiting on the number 8 and large mottzerella stick and he goes oh ok yea it's right there. I opened the bag to check my order and there's no tater tots and no sauces for my chicken. I wasn't going to sit there and wait to get it fixed. I will no longer be bringing my business here because I'm always getting rude customer service or my food is wrong. I work in customer service so I get how it is but this is absolutely ridiculous there is no reason for these issues every time I or my husband come in

Paid for order online got to Holdrege location and not enough terminals working, so went to drive thru. Waited for 2 cars ahead of to order after 20 mins no one moving! Gave up! Could not cancel order online. Never had a good experience here. Need to close it down!!! Ownership does not care!

Waited 20 minutes to order! Other people have been here and left got their food after we ordered it's been about 30 45 minutes and still nothing is come out!!!! Never again will I go back to this sonic. It's a disgrace to the company and needs to be tore down!!!! Oh and the out side was a complete disaster! And to top it off when I got my blast I had to drink it as it was completely melt. I will never be back. I want a full refund!!! Hire people that want to work and don't look like druggies as well!!!

as a family of five, our order can get rather large. It happens. But when I am asked to repeat my order three or more times and then the order is STILL wrong and we then have to wait 45 minutes to get our CORRECT food, it makes me not want to come here. What also makes me not want to go there is when I asked that what was wrong to be corrected and for what was missing to be given, They PURPOSELY overdid it on condiments of the burger and made it inedible. sooo waste of money either way. We wont be returning.
Waiting 40 minutes for some cold food at a FAST FOOD restaurant is about as goofy as gomer and chicken joe that work the drive thru window at this establishment

Food is okay but the service is HORRENDOUS. Came in for 1 cherry limeade, not a single other car in the drive thru and it took 30 minutes!!! And the last 10 minutes I was looking at my drink sitting on the counter while the employees were talking to each other. Just pure lazy service, I don’t think it’s possible to get through this drive through in under 30 minutes. Please go eat literally anywhere else in holdrege so that sonic try’s harder. It’s a shame because it is my favorite place in town as far as the food they serve but most times I don’t have the better part of an hour to sit around and wait.

Honestly at this point I'm so overcoming here, it takes ages to get even one drink made and it's not even made right half the time, a lot of the new hires can't count change properly, for example I had my cash counted and properly set up and The kid at the window handed back change despite having been the exact amount period I ordered the same drink every single time and multiple times it has been messed up completely

I asked for no tomatoes and they put them on and then took them off so there was tomatoe juice on my burger and then I asked for mayo and there was none. the food was okay besides the tots were burnt.
