My order was almost $100.00 and my food is burnt, sloppy, and looks disgusting. The manager was blaming the door dasher for my food. It’s not the dashers fault that my food is burnt! Very unprofessional

I want to start my review stating that I know most fast food places are short staffed as my husband is an area manager for arby’s. I don’t mind waiting for my food as long as it’s hot when it comes out which it was. The delivery truck was there at 12:30 which I think immensely affected their wait time. maybe have truck deliver at seperate times like early AM?

The burger was cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients that made every bite memorable.
Worst sonic ever. Took almost an hour to get our food. I could have went to the store bought food came home and cooked it myself faster.

Was not open at almost 8:20 a.m. Sign said 8! Nobody was there for work! Cars lined up waiting!!! Tried calling!! Nobody answered... lights are on!!! Customers upset!!! Do the owners know??? Do they care?

After a lengthy wait we got our order, in it we asked for fries without salt, they looked like they were thrown back in the fryer to cook off the salt, they were inedible. My wife's burger came to us barely warm, closer to cold, I asked for a replacement which they did, it was a little better. My food items actually came fairly hot, but unenjoyable because of my wife's dismall food.
We won't be stopping back at any Sonic in the foreseeable future,
Avoid this place.
As I sit here waiting in stall #18 for 13 min now I am reminded why I think that they should bulldoze this place and sell ground to a Burger King franchise. Heck I'm not out much time just driving to get BK !
P.S.17 min now. If you really want to eat the same day you order you might go somewhere else
Poor service waited at car hop for 15 minutes and nobody took my order so went to drive r thru for another 10 minutes ended up leaving with nothing

Last time I was there pushed red button got activated screen but after 20 minutes still nothing there was only 1 other car in a spot. So after trying to get their app to work I left.
Don’t say you’re open until 10p if you’re going to shut the lights off at 9:58p when a car pulls into the lot to place and order because the app isn’t working.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich, coffee, and a pretzel… but had to alter the order because they ran out of croissants. I played and included a tip thinking it would be fine. Then when she finally delivered the order 30 min later and said her pretzels were moldy but if I came back tomorrow she’d make it right…. I was stopping through on the way to Denver. When I told her that she giggled a bit like “oh bummer” but never offered me a refund. I was anxious to get back on the road as I didn’t think I’d be stopped that long. It wasn’t worth the cost of a pretzel and tip for me to argue. The sandwich was cold, coffee and tots were ok.
Pushed the button to order at the drive in kiosk. Waited 5 minutes and no one answered. So we went somewhere else🤷🏼♂️
Prices on menu boards have all went up but doesn’t reflect on the menu boards so they just charge you much more , and asked for ketchup and they said they were out. How does a burger place not have ketchup. I’d say it’s VERY VERY POORLY MANAGED
