Tried to do a pickup order in the we site, tried paying 3 times and it didn’t work. Decided to go drive through, that was closed, went inside and waited for a few minutes. Then I grabbed drinks and chips while I waited. Sat there still for 7 minutes more and no one came out to take my order. I decided it wasn’t worth my wait and left. Terrible service.

Called several times no answer tried to order on line . Could not get the order though. So disappointed subway you losted out on 600.00 dallor order. So sad

Holdrege location was messy, they only had two types of bread to choose from, veggies all looked old and brown, and the gentlemen helping us was extremely rude. Super disappointed!

I was in there this afternoon and I got two sandwiches and the gentleman that waited on me and it was 1130 this afternoon. He was just kind of I don’t know I guess he thought his Yeah, I was extremely rude comments that he made was funny and I ordered a foot-long beast sandwich and then he looks at me and he says oh yes you are a beast and yes, I can admit. I might be a little bit overweight, but that was just extremely rude and after I went home and the more I thought about it I was like wow that was just rude and then when he pulled my bread out, he pretended to smack the lady that was standing at, the meat counter where the meat are in the back of the head with my foot-long bread and the lady that was there she had a nose pierced and stuff and red hair. She rolled her eyes and then it took him forever and finally she came over and put put the toppings on our sandwiches because he was taking forever to do it and there was nobody else in the entire restaurant. I work in the food industry here in this town and my boss would never allow us to make comments to a customer about what their ordering or the size of their order or anything under those effects I feel greatly offended by what he said to me when I ordered the beast sandwich I just cannot believe that when I ordered it, he said oh yeah you are a beast . I work at JB’s bar and Grill here in town and we hold customer standards to a very high standard and I just don’t understand how this guy gets to make comments. I know that maybe you haven’t been informed of this but during the course of me ordering two different sandwiches my daughter wanted her sandwiches double toasted and he just kept making comments. Oh, she wants it burnt. She wants it burnt, when people order sandwiches or people order food, they order food the way they order it. It’s not his business to make comments on people food. .

I ordered on the kios, waited 15 minutes at the window. I finally rang the bell. The lady said it didn’t go through. She didn’t offer to make my sandwich, didn’t offer to make it right, nothing. When I told her I’d take my business elsewhere, she just said “ok”. As I pulled around, there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot! No customers at all and she just let me leave. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location, but it will be the last.

Manager (Angiezeestraten) smokes weed and smells disgusting during the job, along with multiple other employees who put their stomachs on my sandwich when I ordered. Her child was laying on a dog bed when I came in and ordered a sandwich. Nasty place will never visit again. Manager yelled at me when I ordered my sandwich, very disrespectful. Bad place to work, bad supervisors

My wife and I decided to get Subway tonight, (1-22-2024) and we ordered online. We always order extra meat or double meat. The last 2 times we have gone here, we ordered the same thing and have been charged for the extra toppings, but haven't received them. We won't be going back for a while. The extra toppings are expensive, so it's highly irritating when we don't receive what we order.

Doesn’t know how to operate a restaurant. Has a drive thru but can’t use it or post that it’s closed. Let’s customers sit and wait for 20 minutes after placing an order to be told the drive thru is closed and they will not complete the order placed. Might as well close the place the down.

Literally every time I go the sandwich is messy as hell and so much of everything? Who would want to eat this? Not me. Also I asked for no pepperoni and there was pepperoni. Why so expensive for a mess.(the left half I tried to put back together)
My wife offered a sandwich and they didn't have avocado, instead of informing her, they made the sandwich and charged extra for bacon and mozzarella. So the charge was $6 more guac it should have been, and they stood by their incompetence. Their excuse was that they couldn't take an ingredient off, so they upcharged it. Poor training and customer service as the kid argued with my wife over his mistake.
