We had seen the signs about this place and decided to try it out. A bit of a drive from Omaha but we thought it was worth it.Wife had the Prime Rib with the pepper crust which she deemed one of the favorites she has had. That is quite the compliment as she is a conesuer of Prime Rib. It came with a side salad or soup. She choose the salad. It was a standard salad but the ranch was very good. She chose hadhbrowns as he side and they were excellent.I had the ribeye with the Dijon...
There were 6 people in our party and out of the six my meal was the only one not satisfying. I had the prime rib and the au jus and it was cold and so was the meat. The rest of my meals was good. The other 5 enjoyed their meals of chicken fried steak, fried chicken and of chicken and shrimp dinner. I just want you to make sure that the prime rib and au jus are warm to hot for people. It might have been just an off night for that meal.
