Honestly the best subway service I've had in my life thus far!! Young lady had our order perfectly online and I wish I knew her name because I'd call in just to say how phenomenal she is!! I'm beyond impressed!! Food is delicious and the exact order!! Give this girl a raise! šÆ

Ordered two 6ā steak n cheese and when he took them out of the toaster and wanted to know what we would like on them I about fell over by the sight of what little meat was on the both of the sandwiches, complained about it he said he could add double meat for a fee, finally my boyfriend spoke up cause his looked as skimpy as mine and the smart mouth red head said oh Iāll just add more meat, extremely disappointed and will probably never step foot in the imperial subway againā¦I wouldnāt recommend it to anyone.
The new owners donāt seem like they know what theyāre doing, the kids that work there are incompetent and struggle to make a sandwich, every time I go in it takes at least 20 min to get my sandwich even when Iām the only customer in the store, Iāve had someone straight up just leave in the middle of making my sandwich, the manager just stay in the back so he no help when trying to get customers thru the line, today was the last time Iāll visit this store, I spent my entire lunch break just GETTING my lunch

Extreamly disappointed. My husband asked for a meatball sub and they didn't tell him that they didn't have any made just disappeared to the back to make more so he didn't have a chance to get something else. When he got his sandwich, the meatballs were still cold in the middle. I got the sweet onion chicken with a few veggies, one being avocado. They put so much on there I couldn't taste anything else. We have never had trouble here, but tonight was terrible. Neither of us ate our sandwich. Slow service. The manager was in the back washing dishes while he had some untrained employee struggling. Whenever he did come out, he was more focused on chatting it up with another employee.

We we're here visiting from Colorado, this place is super clean, organized, employees are very friendly. Oh and they have ice cream ? which gives it a whole plus.

Way to much mayo and mustard . No specials ( bummer ) . Had a trainee making my sub. Next time I will make sure and mention easy on the condiments. Toasted to perfection and otherwise tasty.
