Palermo Italian Cuisine & Bar is a hidden gem in the small town of Jackson, known for its delicious and impressive pasta dishes, as well as a standout Caesar salad made with a homemade dressing. The sauces are praised for their unique and rich flavors, and the crab cakes are very good. The food is made from scratch, with really robust flavor, and everything is hot and fresh. The tiramisu dessert, served in a cute little pot, is the best many have tried. The service is attentive, friendly, and fun, and the atmosphere is private and spacious. Parking is available on a gravel surface, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Don’t expect fancy decor, but do expect excellent food!
