Been there before during off hours, went in tonight at 19:20 walked out at 19:55 after dodging 4 children playing at the door. Never even got to speak to waitress or place and order , or even get a glass of water. I single guy does not appear to count if the ladies have other to gossip with. Real shame they have had really decent food the last 3 times I have gone in the last couple weeks. But I refuse to give my money to any establishment that treats me with that much disrespect. Yes, I am a Single White Straight Guy, but this is totally uncalled for behavior. I am truly sorry I have recommended this place to anyone I have. I was wrong this is not a golden secret spot in Kimball, NE, go to Subway.

Bartender Maddie is so sweet got me and my fiancé and friend everything we needed and was so friendly.. came back to edit cause I knew I didn’t give her the review she deserves. She was outstanding with how fast she got are drinks to us as well as everyone else in the bar that night. She let us ride the hoverboards around to play pool it wasss a blast

We stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. Fresh peanuts in the shell while we perused the menu. Shared a flight of Nebraska beers which were really good. Hubs enjoyed a burger while I enjoyed a breakfast special. Our waitress did everything with a smile. Overall, a great experience. We highly recommend.

Me and my roommate went to the bar and decided to play on the slots today. The owner Heather pulled my roommate aside and said she had needed to stop trying to rip her bartenders off over the slot machine malfunctioning. My roomie and I have spent thousands of dollars in there with no problems before. The owners actions were absurdly unjustified. She should treat customers with more dignity and respect. As I have never once asked for a refund. I always left a tip because I know how underpaid the bartenders are. The owner was even so petty to send me screenshot of this review on Facebook messenger I and can prove it, as I've done nothing wrong. I hope she can learn to be a better business owner and human being.

We were just passing through and the name drew us in. I loved the atmosphere. Just a small bar with bar food. But it was decorated for Halloween and looked great! The food is good and the place has a great vibe. The prices were very reasonable, too. Please visit and stay a while. I'd love it to be there next time we pass through!

My husband and I, a couple of weary travelers, got into town late in the evening. We were happy to stumble into Beer and Loathing for a bite and a beer. We were completely surprised to find a place still serving food after 9pm. Add to that the great food and atmosphere, we had a hit! They were out of some staple items and beers, but the food, service, and atmosphere make up for it.

Food was ok but overpriced for what you get. The first drink was fantastic the second didn’t have as much alcohol. One bartender was great the other seemed annoyed. Our bill should have be $51 +tax but came out to $66 should have ask for an itemized bill but just wanted to go.

A cute Fear and Loathing, Hunter S. Thompson themed dive bar. An eclectic and vivid, Alice in Wonderland looking "trippy" atmosphere with random knick knacks. A small bar with an abundance of drinks and your average burgers and bar food. There were no drafts, only cans and bottles. There is a "bucket" special, buy two Coors light and $2 off the second one. Our waitress was awesome and super sweet, waiting on us, the entire bar, making drinks, and she made all the food. We stopped off the road for a unique change of scenery. There is no website, so it was tricky thumbing through photos trying to figure out what they served. I am always looking for fresh, healthy vegetarian options, and unfortunately, this was not it. I ordered the grilled cheese with cheddar and provolone and grilled veggies. The veggies were Brussel sprouts, orange peppers, onions, broccoli, and zucchini, which is great. However, the grilled cheese was pretty skimpy, could've used more cheese (only two slices, not filling) for $10 and the veggies were too greasy/oily for me (not true grilled veggies) I couldn't stomach them. My partner, on the other hand, enjoyed the chicken and bacon sandwich with tater tots. I would recommend this place for the atmosphere, beverages, bar food, and great service. My review is purely on my expectations of vegetarian food.
