So I wanted to make a quick comment if the person that is attacking my mom and our business is telling the truth why have all the other staff that have been with us from the beginning not saying anything like what that person is if u are so quick to believe someone who just all of a sudden after quitting starts talking that way that would be pretty presumptuous considering u haven’t heard both sides so please don’t take what someone who is only spuing hate is saying as fact we are all adults at least most of us are do ur own thinking instead of jumping on the bandwagon with negative people who are only trying to hurt someone so they don’t feel bad about there poor choices

We travelled to Kimball NE on our holidays and chose, based on reviews, to stop at the Heritage Cafe for our sit down breakfast. We can only rave in positivity about this family owned restaurant - our choice for breakfast was their unique Huskerrito which was outstanding, perfectly served and the portion size was eye-popping! We loved the atmosphere and highly recommend this restaurant. We will be returning at the first opportunity. Thank you to all for such a positive experience.

I’m so bummed I didn’t take pics of this adorable cafe! Food is outstanding, with a yummy Mexican flare (salsa is to die for)! Service is even better, staff is super friendly. The cafe is warm, inviting, feels like you’re eating in your Mom’s house! You’ll love it! Say hi to Tabby for me!

I can't recommend this place enough, especially for out-of-towners. My favorites are the chicken fried steak sandwich with brown gravy on it and the smothered shredded beef burrito with beans/rice. Ask for the house sauce for your fries/onion rings. Breakfast menu is also tasty. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing home cooked food! Will give grandma ‘s cooking a run for her money! Was referred to by a local and it did NOT disappoint. Staff was great as well!!

Our server, Misty, was welcoming, witty, and quick with the coffee refills. Our breakfasts were fantastic! House made green chili sauce was heavenly. Very friendly people, cozy, and spotless. Perfect stop for hungry travelers.
