I've eaten at The Sagebrush twice and both times I had their daily special. The first time, I enjoyed the reuben sandwich. Plenty of corned beef and the amount of cheese, dressing, and sauerkraut Asa just right. The second time, I ordered the half order of chicken Alfredo. Even though it was a half order, it took up the entire plate. The Alfredo sauce was excellent and the pasta and chicken was cooked just right. Great service from the servers and the rest of the staff. The atmosphere at The Sagebrush is relaxed and it really feels like a nice family restaurant. I'll be stopping back any time I'm in Kimball to enjoy a delicious dinner.

I was very pleased with the patty melt. The bread was toasted just enough to be toasted. Not overdone and uncomfortable to chew like a lot of places. The patty was soft and moist with a nice shade of pink in the center. 👌The onions and melty white American cheese were just right. I normally dip a patty melt in ranch for added flavor and moisture but there was no need here. It was just perfect by itself.

Great first time experience! Whiskey burger is delicious! Help is great and friendly. Very kid oriented and the food for (5) people(1 toddler) literally took 15 minutes from end of ordering to receive food! Nice job everyone 🥳🥳🥳

We are on a Diamond Tours bus passing through Kimbal NE. We called ahead and all staff was amazing and accommodating. They were ready for us and greeted us at the door plus had the banquet room set up for all 35 of us. The service was quick and the food was amazing!!! Highly Recommend!
