I have ordered my husband pizza a few times at the Kimball NE pizza hut. I called him today and told him i ordered him luch. He went in to pick up his pizza the older lady mybe 50 had to state to the new crewmember. DID HE LEAVE A TIP? She said it loud enough so he could hear in a condescending way. That she be discussed privately. I work as a store manager at a fast food restaurant. Why would I leave a tip when I ordered take out online with no interaction with employees. I wasn't being served or being delivered to. Completely unprofessional. I will not order at this place again.

I had lunch right when they opened. The waitress was terrific! Got the pizza buffet with a salad. The salad bar wasn’t set up but the waitress made me one to my liking. Not sure why but it seems like the Pizza Hut chains don’t seem to put much effort into keeping a clean and tidy eating area for customers.

Karen’s kitchen closed for renovations, so I went here. Got up and left, didn’t order. Maybe it’s a Nebraska thing?

Ordered a pizza and salad....no problem except there were no plates, forks or napkins. We travel all over...first time having no utensils. Last order was in Wakenny Ka 2 wks ago..perfect same order. I called and was put on hold for over 5 minutes then I called back in a few minutes, delivery guy said oh I can bring some in a bit...said no forget it....bad service...

Dont spend your money here. Lack of quality. Pizza is not what you order. Is missing the items you are paying for and they will lie to you and say it's under the cheese. It's not there. Lack of flavor. Lack of product. Double pepperoni means just that. Not 2 or 3 pc per slice. 4 pc sausage per slice. I Will NOT RETURN. LESS THAN A SPOON OF SAUCE ON THE WINGS. LIKE THEY TRIED TO AVOID IT ALL TOGETHER. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. AND I gave them a TIP. For what???
Sp I just called I'm a semi driver and a manager Brooke about 14 months answered phone and I had just picked up a pizza Stix and 2 liter, pan style Supreme, my pizza was raw not just a little, I said I'm already back on I 80 and she said no biggy the next time you come out west (I'm out of Wisconsin) she would replace my order, and I called and a Makayla answered today, and she said I'm sorry I can't honor that and stated brooke had been gone now about 14 months and they only honor there make it rite policy for 30 days, and there's nothing she can do to honor it, I'm extremely disappointed in her handling this, I just wanted the pizza that was promised, I was ordering other things today I would of paid for... so I would suggest not dining here because they are bad business...
