The restaurant itself could definitely use some upgrades; severely, tragically outdated & worn out appearance (floors to ceiling & everywhere in between).May draw more customers and more staff if they had pride in the business they are employed!

Disgusting filthy the wait staff smelled bad they dont wash thier hands after touching money just dig in the salad stuff with bare hands dirty silverware and plates it took half an hour before i was greeted rudely what do you want? The person cutting the pizza was male and had longer fingernails than me and were filthy never again so gross they put the ice lid on the floor This place should be shut down

This place is gross!! Dirty silverware and saw the gross cook scratch off old food particles from our plates with his bare hands before using a dirty rag to wipe them off, did not use them. Avoid at all costs!!! This place should be shut down.

I’ve been there 2 times now. I swore I would not go back after the last time. But I tried. I went in and told the server I was dinning in. He was polite and told me to have a seat anywhere. I sat for 10 minutes and no one came to take my order. I tried to go to the counter and no one was around. I know there are at least 3 people there tonight on shift. Last time there were 4 people and only one other guest both times. I heard one order called in so I assumed that they would get to me next. But I waited and waited and waited. I promise I will not be back.

My wife and I have ordered pizza here several times. I am not exaggerating when I say that not once have we received anything that was pleasing. Cold pizzas, the totally wrong type of pizza, mutilated pizza (that appeared to have had a bite taken out), pizza's that you could literally see through and apparently they don't know the difference between hand tossed or thin crust. We have chosen to give up on this Pizza Hut and just buy a frozen pizza from the Market.

We called for a pizza half cheese and half meat lovers. It had little to no cheese . We asked for extra sauce and they said we didn't ask fast enough when we called back 3.9 seconds after the first call. I think they gave us an old pizza they messed up on. It was dry with no cheese and no sauce. They answer the phone like they are doing you a favor. No customer service.

this is the worst Pizza Hut in the country. Don't eat here. You will get bad customer service and food poisoning.

Very friendly staff and hard workers, have had good meals! I feel it's ashame the place could really use a deep cleaning inside & out & it's sad the owners don't invest in this place as they should! If updated inside with new flooring & lighting, & decor it could go a long way!

Tonight I ordered pizza online and when I went to pick it up the front of the restaurant was packed with people waiting on there own online orders and apparently been waiting for 10+ minutes already. I ended up waiting for 15+ minutes when I finally got my pizza. Got it home to discover they burnt my cheese stick. If I ever go back I will check my food before leaving the restaurant.

Changed ownership a few months ago. Went in for the first time in a while and was a bit confused with the whole dining experience. After taking our order, the staff disappeared into the back. They brought out our food and then disappeared again. Food was mediocre. They never came back out to offer refills or check how the food was. We had to make noise in order for them to come and give us our check. As someone who used to wait tables in this establishment I was extremely disappointed in the service. So much, we were inclined to not tip. But when they had us pay at the cash register, the staff stared us down. So we felt obligated to tip. We should have taken the hint when the entire dining room was empty during a noon-1 hour, but we wanted to give them a chance. We will not be returning.

Pizza was absolutely disgusting, texture was terrible, and the stuffed crust was even more atrocious. The wait staff was friendly I actually would say a little too friendly, I mean it's nice and all to make everyone feel like they belong but actually having a convo more than taking the order and it takes 20 to 30 minutes to finish the order feels slightly ridiculous. The guy in the front at the register very rude to the point my fiancé and myself did not want to ask for anything due to the fact anything we asked for seemed to be a problem. 0/10 would not go again
