The lady working has glasses and a tattoo on her right forearm. She is extremely rude. Treated us like we were an inconvenience and continually complained to us that nobody there did their job right and they met the AC break.

Bad customer service. Older lady with glasses was very rude about my online order. The order somehow didn't come through and it hadn't came in because of the internet. But she was rude and had no customer service skills. I told her to just cancel the order as soon as the internet came back on.
