Fish n Chips has light, crispy batter on ample, firm pieces of whitefish. Their homemade steak fries are perfectly salted. The Boxcar Mac n Cheese is full of many flavorful blend of ingredients - none overpowered! Bacon, chicken, roasted red bell peppers with light amounts of spinach and crunchy toasted panko (breadcrumbs). Nice cozy atmosphere where you can go to grab a drink from the bar, watch the game of the day on the big screen TVs, & enjoy a very nice meal by yourself, your significant other, or a big group of friends & family.The wife & I went there for the first time last week for our anniversary and enjoyed their Thursday night special Prime Rib dinner. Had lunch with the family. Turned out they had karaoke later that day. So we went back for dinner. The food was exceptional, and the prices were even better. We will absolutely be back.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger called " save the turtles"Kid-friendliness: Kids are absolutely welcome, and there is a kids menu with a few offerings.
