The food was consistent with quality found in rural areas. It was fine, and it didn't make us sick. The weird part was eating breakfast with Fox News blasting from the TV. It was a little early to hear how we're a victim of the mean ol' liberals (and electric stoves apparently).
Stopped for lunch driving home to Lincoln from Chadron State Park. Ordered two cheeseburgers and a Philly steak sandwich. The food was hot and delicious. The best thing for me though was the view south, of the hills around Ash Hollow.

New owner as of July, 2023. I’m impressed. It is in good hands. The food is delicious. The service is excellent and you will enjoy reading all of the signs posted around. We have driven past several times but will plan on stopping from now on.
