I haven’t eaten meat in years, so eating out is already difficult. Today I went to this location to order a cheesy. After a couple bites I tasted something really salty. After further inspection I realized my cheesy had multiple pieces of ham, onion and sausage. Since I live 45 minutes out of town I had to rush home to make myself throw up. I’m not looking forward to spending one day off curled up around my toilet but here we are. Thanks amigos for charging me $11.37 just to spend my day ill.

If I could give zero stars, I would, I watched them not wear gloves and touch the food with their bare hands without even washing their hands and then was going to serve me my food. Disgusting. I will never eat there again. They don’t wear gloves they don’t wash their hands and they just touch her food with bare hands.

When ordering 6 tacos and saying “a bunch of mild” when asked for sauce I would think there should be at least 6 packets right? Nope, only 4… This type of thing has happened multiple times with multiple different employees. It’s like they intentionally refuse to give you what is asked for. I’ve also specified that I would like only one single pack of sauce and they give like 3 or 4. Never just 1.

I ordered through Amigos online. I had the wrong address so when I went to Amigos on cornhusker they told me it was the wrong address. I called the other amigos and explained the situation and they told me to contact the service I used to order. I told her I ordered through Amigos app. She kept saying she couldnt hear me 9t understand me. I had my friend explain but she got irritated. I was charged 11$ for food I never received.

I ordered pickup for ASAP. Hoping I could swing by and pick it up on my way to work. When I arrive 20 minutes later, I see them drop my order in the fryer. I know it's mine, noone else was there. Now I wait. Not the first time. Please don't offer pickup of it is no quicker than drive through.

Whoever has been prepping the cheese frenchees is doing a terrible job. The last three or four times I've gone here there was at least one piece that had fallen apart before they fried it, allowing most of the cheese to leak out in the fryer and the bread inside to be soaked and overcooked. This time it was like that on all three pieces. I was pissed and tried to call the manager but got no answer. Disappointing because not even a year ago I had commented that this store consistently had the best cheese franchise, which was also due to who was prepping them and the fact that they were always fresh. I probably won't go to this one again.

Great service and friendly and helpful staff. The food was great and my visit was pleasingly quick In The drive through. Perfect service. Dont forget this business supports veterans and armed services. Drive through if you get a chance.
I went through the drive thru for breakfast. I got the most pleasant, friendly young man! He had dark skin and dreads. I think he might have been a manager, not sure. He was so pleasant to talk to and really brightened my morning! The food was also very filling. There's a reason I've been going to this Amigos for years now! Awesome work!
