Customer service is always great. The food is always accurate. The drive through people are always very nice, kind, and considerate, and treat you like an individual and not just another number. Love the fresh food, and great service! Hope amigos keeps getting more popular
When ordering 6 tacos and saying “a bunch of mild” when asked for sauce I would think there should be at least 6 packets right? Nope, only 4… This type of thing has happened multiple times with multiple different employees. It’s like they intentionally refuse to give you what is asked for. I’ve also specified that I would like only one single pack of sauce and they give like 3 or 4. Never just 1.
I ordered pickup for ASAP. Hoping I could swing by and pick it up on my way to work. When I arrive 20 minutes later, I see them drop my order in the fryer. I know it's mine, noone else was there. Now I wait. Not the first time. Please don't offer pickup of it is no quicker than drive through.
